Sizing Guide for the Shoyoroll UberGUMA 2017 White Gi
This gi is offered in 22 kids, women’s fitted and adult sizes from M00 to A5. Shoyoroll gis use height and weight to guide sizing: A0 suits roughly 5’0″ to 5’4″ and 110 to 140 lb, A1 about 5’0″ to 5’8″ and 140 to 165 lb, and A2 about 5’8″ to 6’0″ and 165 to 195 lb.
A3 fits about 5’11” to 6’3″ and 195 to 230 lb, A4 about 6’2″ to 6’5″ and 225 to 250 lb, and A5 about 6’5″ to 6’8″ and 250 to 270 lb. The L sizes (A1L, A2L, A3L) are cut longer for taller, leaner grapplers.
Cotton gis can shrink a little after washing, so check the size chart on this page before ordering.
Care Instructions
Look after it and it will stay in great shape for years of training. We recommend:
- Wash in cold water, inside out, soon after training.
- Use a mild detergent and skip bleach and fabric softener.
- Hang dry out of direct sunlight; avoid the tumble dryer to limit shrinkage.
- Tie the pants and jacket separately so they dry evenly.
