Not the right fit or not what you expected? Ask for a return within 14 days of the day your parcel is delivered. The window covers sizing questions and changes of mind alike.

- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in the condition it reached you
- Original packaging with all tags still on
- Sent with your order number or receipt
Final-sale and clearance items, custom or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and orders where the wrong size or colour was chosen at checkout are not returnable.
How to return an item
Email info@legacybjjgi.com with the subject “Return request for order #XXXXX” and tell us why it is coming back. We reply within 24 hours and confirm the address to send it to, which is always the location it was shipped from. Please use a tracked service: return postage is paid by you unless the mistake was ours.
Refunds
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to show. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless we sent the wrong or a faulty item.
Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, return postage included.
