Albino and Preto Love Black Gi: Materials and Details

Cotton forms the main body, and that gives a comfortable hand against the neck and wrists, one strength of the Love Hate 2 black gi. Ripstop trousers dry quickly and handle knee-heavy guard work, according to the product listing. It is described as pre-shrunk, meaning the fit out of the bag is much closer to the fit you keep and it avoids adding extra weight.

Reinforced stitching around the seams that take the most strain stands up to years of regular classes, a detail you notice in live rounds. The original listing describes it as following IBJJF uniform standards, but always check the current rules for your division before you register. Finished in black, the Love Hate 2 black gi looks sharp on the mat without clashing with your belt.

Day-to-Day Use

Positional sparring, hard rounds and slow drilling all test a gi differently, and Albino and Preto Love black gi is cut to handle the lot. It works well for competitors who want a reliable spare, as well as coaches who want to look sharp in front of a class, and the Love Hate 2 black gi fits that role.

Sleeve length matters at uniform checks, so this cut keeps the cuffs tidy. The jacket skirt and side slits see heavy use during guard work, so reinforcement there counts.

Looking After It
