Albino and Preto VGB Comp Blue Gi: Materials and Details
The gi jacket is cut from cotton, so it grips well in the hand through long drilling blocks, a highlight of the VGB Comp blue gi. Pearl weave is one of the most popular jacket weaves in jiu jitsu and on this gi it gives a tight, textured surface, just what we look for in serious gear. It is described as pre-shrunk, meaning the size you order is much closer to the fit you keep, exactly what we look for in serious kit.
Key seams are reinforced which means the areas that usually fail first get extra support and it avoids feeling bulky. According to the original listing, the VGB Comp blue gi follows IBJJF uniform standards, though event rules can change, so confirm the latest version before you register. Finished in blue, the VGB Comp blue gi catches the eye in a line-up and pairs well with most rash guards.
In Training
Drill in it early in the week and roll hard in it on Saturday; Albino and Preto VGB Comp blue gi is made for that kind of schedule. For a first tournament, the VGB Comp blue gi is a reliable choice on the day.
Collar thickness, sleeve cut and the pants shape how a gi feels in a roll; on this one they are tuned for regular training. Kids and adults all train better in gear that fits properly, which is why sizing matters with the VGB Comp blue gi.
Albino and Preto VGB Comp Blue Gi Sizes and Fit Notes
With Albino and Preto VGB Comp blue gi, sizing runs from M00 to A5 across 22 options, including the F, H and L variants. On the VGB Comp blue gi, the M sizes are for kids, while the A sizes are adult fits with the F, H and L variants shown above; use the size guide on this page for the measurements behind each one.
In everyday use, A cotton gi may shrink slightly in a hot wash, so follow the care tips below to keep the fit you bought. Your height usually sets the sleeve and pant length, while your build affects the width and use both on the chart.
Washing and Care
As a rule, stubborn smells often come from kit left damp too long; washing soon after class is the best fix. Spot clean blood or stains in cold water as soon as you can; hot water fixes stains permanently. On top of that, on double-session days, hang it up to air before the second class then wash it fully later.
