How to return an item
Email info@legacybjjgi.com with the subject “Return request for order #XXXXX” and tell us why it is coming back. We reply within 24 hours and confirm the address to send it to, which is always the location it was shipped from. Please use a tracked service: return postage is paid by you unless the mistake was ours.
Refunds
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for it to show. The original shipping charge is not refunded unless we sent the wrong or a faulty item.
