Shoyoroll PMB Blue BJJ Gi: Features and Build

The jacket is cut from cotton, so it soaks up sweat instead of turning slick through long drilling blocks. A pearl weave top balances weight and strength and dries faster than heavier weaves, a highlight of the Quick Strike III PMB blue and pink and white gi. The fabric is listed at 450 GSM, a useful number if you like to know how heavy a gi feels, which helps when the rounds get hard.

The fabric is listed as pre-shrunk, so the size you order should stay close after washing. Extra stitching at the stress points is there to handle years of regular classes, something you notice on the mat. The drawstring holds everything in place during inversions, even with constant grip work.

If you compete, the Quick Strike III PMB blue and pink and white gi is described as IBJJF compliant; even so, read your event’s uniform rules before you sign up. Finished in blue and pink and white, Shoyoroll PMB blue BJJ gi looks sharp on the mat and pairs well with most rash guards.

On the Mats

Wear it for fundamentals classes, open mat and tournament training, and you will see why it has a loyal following. From fundamentals to comp training, the Quick Strike III PMB blue and pink and white gi suits a whole family that trains, no matter your game style.

Gi pants are often the first part to wear out around the knees, so a tough pant fabric is important. A firm lapel frustrates collar chokes, so Shoyoroll PMB blue BJJ gi helps your defence.

Washing and Care

In short, if you train twice a day, give it a quick rinse between sessions then wash it fully later. Store it in a dry cupboard after it has aired properly, out of direct sunlight. Chlorine bleach eats into fabric quickly, so it is best avoided, even on white kit.
